Notes for Kitty Ann Wilson:

1850 Census, District 1 Nicholas Cty., KY.

Nicholas Cty., KY. Will book H-307. Probate May Term 1885.
David was a farmer his property valued at 3,000.00 in 1850. In his will, written in 1877, no provision was made for his youngest daughter, Kitty Ann Swain. At time of probate, 1885 she and her husband contested the will and won.
